Sterling Machinery Exchange Used Machinery Warranty: Used machinery sold with written warranty coverage is generally covered for 30 Days parts and labor in the continental USA, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or bill of sale.

Machinery is tested before shipment. Final warranty terms, limitations, exclusions, and any applicable freight, shipping, transportation, or service-related charges are controlled by the invoice or bill of sale at the time of sale.

Outside of Southern California, warranty coverage is limited to parts only. All warranty service is provided directly by Acra and is subject to their standard terms, conditions, and approval process.

Support is typically handled by Amada Marvel’s service network, including factory resources based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer evaluation, terms, and approval.

AT Industrial Manufacturer’s Warranty: This new AT Industrial dust collector is backed by a factory warranty of 1 Year from the date of shipment on tank construction, covering defects in materials and workmanship related to leaks under normal usage. This warranty applies specifically to the tank structure and is subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms, conditions, and approval.

Component Coverage:
Impeller: 1 Year limited warranty from date of shipment
Other Components: 6 Month limited warranty
Electrical Boxes, Starters, and Overloads: Not covered under warranty

Automec (Autogauge) Manufacturer’s Warranty: Automec Autogauge systems are backed by a factory warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration varies by model, with CNC9X9, CNC150, and CNC300 press brake controls covered for 2 Years, while CNC4000 and PC800 press brake controls are covered for 1 Year.

Additional systems including Easygauge single-axis positioning systems, Squaregage for shears, and PS50 shear controls are each covered by a 1 Year factory warranty. All warranty service is provided directly by Automec and is subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms, conditions, and approval.

DoALL Manufacturer’s Warranty: This new DoALL sawing machine is covered by DoALL’s factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship and is extended to the original purchaser only. Under normal use and maintenance, DoALL agrees, at its option, to repair or replace defective non-wear products or the sawing machine, subject to applicable time periods, limitations, exclusions, and depreciation schedules established by the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible non-wear components and does not apply to subsequent owners. Repair parts and accessories replaced under warranty are covered only for the balance of the original warranty period, and all parts or products replaced under warranty become the property of DoALL.

To ensure warranty coverage, the machine must be registered with DoALL within 30 days of receipt, properly installed, and maintained in accordance with the operator’s manual and manufacturer requirements. The owner is responsible for demonstrating reasonable care and use, following required preventative maintenance, maintaining service records, and using only approved DoALL replacement and wear parts, including DoALL blades and coolants/fluids where required by the manufacturer.

For machines enrolled in the optional DoALL Cut Above 10-Year Warranty Program, extended coverage may be available for qualified machines from the date of purchase, subject to signed registration, continued annual program participation, required preventative maintenance, and continued use of qualifying DoALL blades and coolant. Certain customized features and build-to-order custom machines may be excluded. In qualifying cases of catastrophic failure caused by a defect in material or workmanship, machine replacement may be provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard depreciation schedule.

This warranty does not cover wear parts or consumable items, including but not limited to blade guide bearings, band-wheel tires, band brushes, wear plates, coolant pumps, hydraulic cylinders, roller guides, and similar wear items. The warranty also excludes damage caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized attachments, improper servicing, operation outside recommended feeds and speeds, corrosion, rust, dirt, pressure or steam cleaning, environmental conditions, Acts of God, incorrect storage procedures, or continued use after an operational problem or failure occurs.

DoALL’s limited warranty is in lieu of other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, except where prohibited by law. Warranty coverage may be extended up to 2 Years upon proper registration with the manufacturer. In addition, certain models may include extended coverage of up to 5 Years on structural cast iron components, depending on machine configuration.

Flow International Manufacturer’s Warranty: This new Flow waterjet system is backed by a factory 1 Year limited warranty on major components, including the control system and high-pressure pump, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage is provided directly by Flow International and is subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms, conditions, and approval.

This warranty applies to non-consumable components only. Consumables and wear items are not covered, including but not limited to nozzles, seals, mixing tubes, filters, orifices, and low/high-pressure plumbing components.

Spare parts are typically covered for 90 Days, while electronic components may carry a 30 Day warranty, as defined by the manufacturer. All warranty claims are subject to proper installation, operation, and maintenance in accordance with Flow guidelines.

To ensure full warranty eligibility, the machine must be properly installed and registered with Flow promptly upon delivery and prior to startup. The use of non-Flow certified parts, improper maintenance, misuse, or accident will void warranty coverage.

Flow also offers an optional extended warranty and service program (FlowCare), which may extend coverage to 2 or 3 Years and includes preventative maintenance services. In addition, remote technical support is often available for the life of the machine controller.

GEKA Manufacturer’s Warranty: This new GEKA ironworker is backed by a factory warranty of 2 Years, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage is provided directly by GEKA and is subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms, conditions, and approval.

This warranty generally includes repair or replacement of defective parts resulting from manufacturing defects, provided that any warranty claim is submitted promptly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

GMC Manufacturer’s Warranty: This new GMC machine is backed by a factory warranty of 1 Year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation. Warranty coverage applies only after proper installation within product specifications and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and approval.

GMC will replace parts determined to be defective from a manufacturing standpoint. Warranty replacement parts are shipped at no charge to the original purchaser. Labor, travel, and on-site service are not included and will be billed at prevailing market rates if required.

GMC also provides lifetime free telephone support for the original purchaser to assist with operation, troubleshooting, and service-related questions.

Machines may be returned within 30 days of purchase only with prior written authorization from GMC and must be returned in original condition with packaging, freight prepaid both ways. Returned machines are subject to inspection and a 35% restocking and inspection fee.

Limitation of Liability: GMC shall not be liable for injuries, death, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the equipment. Any legal action must be brought in the State of California, County of San Bernardino.

HE&M Saw Manufacturer’s Warranty: Warranty coverage for HE&M Saw machines varies based on machine type and condition (new, reconditioned, or rebuilt). All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship and are subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms, conditions, and approval.

New Band Saws: Typically include a 1 Year parts warranty, along with free telephone technical support and access to a spare parts kit.
Reconditioned Saws: Generally include a 6 Month parts-only warranty with no labor coverage.
Rebuilt Saws: Commonly include a 1 Year parts and 1 Year labor warranty.
Benchtop Saws: Supported directly by HE&M Saw for warranty and technical service.

Technical Support: Free telephone technical support is typically available for machines under ten (10) years old owned by the original purchaser.
