DoALL Manufacturer’s Warranty: This new DoALL sawing machine is covered by DoALL’s factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship and is extended to the original purchaser only. Under normal use and maintenance, DoALL agrees, at its option, to repair or replace defective non-wear products or the sawing machine, subject to applicable time periods, limitations, exclusions, and depreciation schedules established by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage applies only to eligible non-wear components and does not apply to subsequent owners. Repair parts and accessories replaced under warranty are covered only for the balance of the original warranty period, and all parts or products replaced under warranty become the property of DoALL.
To ensure warranty coverage, the machine must be registered with DoALL within 30 days of receipt, properly installed, and maintained in accordance with the operator’s manual and manufacturer requirements. The owner is responsible for demonstrating reasonable care and use, following required preventative maintenance, maintaining service records, and using only approved DoALL replacement and wear parts, including DoALL blades and coolants/fluids where required by the manufacturer.
For machines enrolled in the optional DoALL Cut Above 10-Year Warranty Program, extended coverage may be available for qualified machines from the date of purchase, subject to signed registration, continued annual program participation, required preventative maintenance, and continued use of qualifying DoALL blades and coolant. Certain customized features and build-to-order custom machines may be excluded. In qualifying cases of catastrophic failure caused by a defect in material or workmanship, machine replacement may be provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard depreciation schedule.
This warranty does not cover wear parts or consumable items, including but not limited to blade guide bearings, band-wheel tires, band brushes, wear plates, coolant pumps, hydraulic cylinders, roller guides, and similar wear items. The warranty also excludes damage caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized attachments, improper servicing, operation outside recommended feeds and speeds, corrosion, rust, dirt, pressure or steam cleaning, environmental conditions, Acts of God, incorrect storage procedures, or continued use after an operational problem or failure occurs.
DoALL’s limited warranty is in lieu of other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, except where prohibited by law. GMC will replace parts determined to be defective from a manufacturing standpoint. Warranty replacement parts are shipped at no charge to the original purchaser. Labor, travel, and on-site service are not included and will be billed at prevailing market rates if required.
GMC also provides lifetime free telephone support for the original purchaser to assist with operation, troubleshooting, and service-related questions.
Machines may be returned within 30 days of purchase only with prior written authorization from GMC and must be returned in original condition with packaging, freight prepaid both ways. Returned machines are subject to inspection and a 35% restocking and inspection fee.
