When and where is FABTECH 2026, and where is Sterling?
FABTECH runs October 21–23, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Find Sterling at booth C2322. Show hours are 9 AM–5 PM Wednesday and Thursday, and 9 AM–4 PM Friday, all Las Vegas time.
Can Sterling help me trade in a machine and buy new?
Yes—start with photos, the manufacturer, model and serial number, condition, location, and your replacement timeline. Sterling can review a trade-in or other sale options with you. Value and acceptance depend on the equipment and the individual transaction. See the trade-in planning checklist.
Can I discuss financing before choosing a machine?
Yes. Tell Adam your equipment needs and budget, and ask about financing through independent third-party companies. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender. The buying guide’s financing questions can help you prepare.
Is my appointment booked when I complete the form?
Not yet. The form sends your request to Adam, who will reply to confirm a meeting time, tour arrangements, or pricing details.
Can I talk discounts without scheduling a tour?
Yes. Select “Machine pricing & FABTECH discounts” and tell Adam which machines you’re considering. You can also email [email protected] directly. A show appointment isn’t required to start a pricing conversation.
What should I bring or send ahead?
Bring your project requirements, material type and thickness, desired machine capacity, and model numbers. For a sale or trade-in discussion, email machine photos and details. For the Machinery Genius demo, bring a machinery question or a nameplate photo.
Do I need to register for FABTECH separately?
Yes. Scheduling with Sterling does not register you for the show. Use official FABTECH registration for admission and check FABTECH’s attendee information for the latest event details.
