Machine Registration & Startup Checklist

WARNING: READ BEFORE POWERING UP! Failure to follow this checklist may void your warranty.

Congratulations on Your Machinery Purchase

We’re excited to help you get your machine up and running and making parts as quickly as possible.

Our team has spent significant time preparing, testing, and inspecting your equipment in our facility to ensure it is ready for operation. To protect your investment and avoid any startup issues, it is critical that the machine is not powered on or connected incorrectly.

Before startup, you must speak with a Sterling Certified Technician. Our team will walk you through proper startup procedures, verify your setup, and provide helpful tips specific to your machine so you can get running quickly and safely.

Your warranty depends on completing this process.

Please complete the registration form below. Once submitted, our team will review your information and contact you promptly to assist with your startup.
