What does a hydraulic die cutting clicker press do?
Hydraulic clicker presses come in a few different forms.
Clicker press styles are:
Swing Head or Swing Arm Die Cutting Clicker Press
This is great to cut smaller items. Can be used by one person. The head of the press swings to the left or right allowing for you to place and remove the different materials you are cutting with your steel rule dies. These can cut materials such as foam, rubber, paper, plastic, recycled paper and more.
Traveling Head Die Cutting Press
Traveling head presses have a head on a rail. The rail allows you to move the pressing head back and forth. This will allow for 2 worker at a time to use the machine. One can load while the other removed the finished products. The head slides easily back and forth to each station.
Sliding table die cutting press
Sliding table have much larger tables and allow for a larger pieces to be cut. The table of the machine moved completely away from the die cutting head so you can load and remove your pieces..
