Fast Forward Production
Designed for manufacturers and shaped by more than 50 years of experience in precision metal fabrication, Flow lasers deliver accuracy on both thin and thick materials. Built for high-volume production, its advanced dual-drive gantry and fast automatic shuttle table system support efficient operation.
Built for Speed, Stability & Consistency
- Dual-drive gantry: AC servo dual-drive gantry designed to maximize stability and reduce vibration at high speed, supporting part quality.
- G.L.A.S.S. CNC control: Windows-based CNC G.L.A.S.S. (Graphical Laser Application System Software).
- Auto-focus Precitec cutting head: Adjusts for varying thicknesses in piercing and cutting with a capacitive sensor for slight variations in material plane.
- Automatic nozzle changer: Systematic swap of cutting head tips for new materials and backup replacements for continuous production runs.
- Dual-pallet shuttle tables (LST): Standard laser shuttle tables provide swift exchange for sheets and a gateway to material handling automation.
Feature availability can vary by configuration—confirm exact options on your quote.

Power Options Matched to Your Production
Power levels available: 6 kW, 12 kW, 20 kW. Flow states these systems can cut and process materials over 1" thick (application dependent). For thinner materials, Flow lists cutting 0.25" aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel at speeds of up to 1,000 inches/minute (application dependent).
What Fiber Lasers Are Commonly Used For
Fiber lasers are commonly used in fabrication for fast, repeatable cutting of sheet and plate components. Typical applications include production parts, brackets, panels, enclosures, frames, and precision profiles. Your actual results depend on material type, thickness, assist gas, and configuration.
- Sheet metal fabrication and job shop production
- Industrial manufacturing and general fabrication
- High-volume cutting where fast pallet exchange and automation matter
