Renter has no right to sell, lease, or disperse of this machinery in any way. Sterling Machinery Exchange reserves the right to terminate this rental agreement upon the default of a rental payment. It is the responsibility of the renter to insure this machinery and furnish Sterling Machinery Exchange with proof of insurance, as Sterling Machinery Exchange assusmes NO LIABILITY of this equipment in any way. It is also the responsibility for the renter to maintain and repair any damages done to subject equipment at renter's expense. Renter is responsible for all loading, moving and installation of said equipment.
